Our products if available in store are shipped within 24 hours of the order. We charge a flat rate of £1.50 for ALL shipping.Checkout baskets over £30.00 (not including VAT) will be shipped for FREE.

Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If any of the products purchased is defective, please return or contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will refund full payment less shipping and handling, if you decide to cancel your order within 7 days and item is un-opened.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund on digital download items, due to the nature of the product. Items damaged due to customer's mis-handling will NOT be refunded.
